Rainbow Courts provides rooms and cottages, each with a TV with premium cable channels and a work desk. Rooms feature antiques, including a writing desk, premium linens, and seating. Options include Single Queen Rooms with a Queen-sized bed, armoire, easy chair, small refrigerator, and coffee service; Signature Queen Rooms with WiFi and aromatherapy bath amenities; and Single King Rooms with a King-sized bed, armoire, easy chair, small refrigerator, coffee service, and microwave. Double Rooms offer two Full-Sized beds, an armoire, easy chair, small refrigerator, and coffee service. Suites include a Queen-sized bed, fully equipped kitchen with a microwave and refrigerator, premium furnishings, and linens. Some suites are free-standing cottages. The Garden Room features a King-sized bed, full kitchen, private patio with a table/chair and grill, aromatherapy bath products, and hair dryer. The Carriage House Premium Suite has a King-sized bed, a fully furnished kitchen, in-room Keurig coffee service, a living room/bedroom combo, and a bathroom with a Jacuzzi whirlpool bathtub and separate shower. A Corporate Apartment offers a King bed in one bedroom and a Queen bed in another, a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, a large living room with leather furniture, a writing desk with a chair, a flat-screen TV, aromatherapy bath products, a hair dryer, a washer, and a dryer.

Guests are greeted in the motel office with homemade muffins, snacks, hot coffee, and hot apple cider. Rooms provide quality aromatherapy French milled soaps, shampoos, and hair dryers.
