Guests can choose SchlitterStein Lofts overlooking the Comal River, featuring 2-bedroom, 2-bath accommodations for up to 6 people, each bedroom contains a queen bed, plus a leather sofa that makes out into two twin beds. The Resort at the Bahn, located in the Original Section by Wavefest Waterpark Entrance, offers 5 room configurations. Treehaus Luxury Suites have hand-carved furniture and full kitchens, with shared balconies overlooking the Comal River and Schlitterbahn Waterpark. Riverbend Cabins offer studio, small, and large suites. Condos at Boogie Bay, near the Surfenburg Section, feature full kitchens and living areas. Vacation Homes, near Schlitterbahn Castle, include options like Mulberry Haus, Hilltop Haus, Liberty Haus, and Henry Haus, each with unique layouts and amenities. Wasser Haus & Lodge provides standard rooms, 1-bedroom suites, and 4-bedroom options with Comal River views. Most Condos sleep 6-8 guests with 2 separate bedrooms.

The Resort at Schlitterbahn is near the music, art, and food scene in Gruene, a 5-minute drive away. Guests can access Schlitterbahn Waterpark New Braunfels, featuring river rides and waterslides. Landa Park Golf Course is a 3-minute drive away. The resort provides access to the Comal River for tubing and recreation. New Braunfels offers year-round events and activities. All items found at Schlitterbahn Resort are turned in to Resort Lost and Found, Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm. Guests can report lost items via a form. In the event of severe inclement weather, such as lightning, heavy rain, or high winds, Schlitterbahn attractions may need to close for guest safety.
