Joshua Creek Ranch has lodging options ranging from houses with kitchens, private rooms, and suites. The Guadalupe Tree Haus has 5,000 square feet with space for 18 guests, including 4 suites and 2 sleeping porches, plus a kitchen, patio, and pool/hot tub. Branch Haus has 12 guest rooms and a conference hall. Covey Haus includes 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a kitchen for a maximum of 6 guests. Porch Haus has 1 bedroom with a king bed, a kitchen, and can accommodate 4-5 guests. Stone Haus features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a kitchen. Long Haus has six bedrooms with bathrooms for up to 16 guests.
Food and Drink
Dining at Joshua Creek Ranch includes four-course gourmet dinners during hunting season (September-April). During the spring and summer, simpler menus are available. Lunch is served on the limestone patio, and appetizers are served around the fire pit during hunting season. Shooters Cantina, a poolside bar and grill, serves burgers, tacos, and other casual menu items every Thursday-Sunday during the summer.
Activities and Amenities
Guests can use the resort-style pool, stargaze, and use the hot tub. The ranch offers hunting, with whitetail deer, Axis deer, and turkey. There are two 10-station sporting clays courses and a wobble trap. The Guadalupe River runs through the property for 1 1/2 miles. Rainbow trout are stocked in Joshua Creek from November through May. Guests can kayak and tube on Joshua Creek and the Guadalupe River.
