The Maverick Inn offers standard rooms with queen, king, or two-queen beds. Deluxe rooms provide more space, some with full baths and walk-in showers with 2 queen beds or an inviting king bed. Superior rooms, located in the renovated historic building, feature full-size baths or garden tubs and fully equipped kitchenettes. Some rooms may be rented as suites with adjoining rooms. Each room has a flat-screen TV with cable, in-room coffee service, bottled water, mini-refrigerator, and microwave. A King room with a garden tub or a Queen room with a full kitchen is available and include a coffee machine, a refrigerator, and a microwave.

Located on Hwy 90 in Alpine, Texas, The Maverick Inn is a 5-minute drive from the Museum of the Big Bend and steps away from Sul Ross State University. The longhorn sculpture is at the center of the Sul Ross State University campus. The Big Bend National Park is nearby. There is a railroad leading directly to Alpine from both the east and the west.

The Front Desk and check-in is currently operating from our sister property, the Holland Hotel. Free WiFi is available in public areas. Telephone service is available in the lobby for local calls. The hotel features a business center and concierge services. Free self-parking is also provided. Pets are welcome with a $30 fee per stay, they must be registered upon arrival and kept on a leash when outside of hotel room, guests should not leave the pets behind when leave the Inn. Friendly staff can assist with dinner recommendations and car rental.
