The Lancaster Manor offers four uniquely themed guest rooms. The Cowboy Room has a king-size bed and a private bathroom with a shower. The French Room features a queen-size antique poster bed. Rooms include individually controlled air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, and free Wi-Fi. Guests can sit in a leather recliner while wrapped in a European robe. Rooms provide genuine Comphy Sheets, and select rooms share access to a clawfoot tub.

Guests can choose between five gourmet selections, each complete with a carafe of wine, champagne, or a non-alcoholic wine and dessert. Breakfast is made to order with local farm-fresh organic eggs, organic juice, and a special blend of freshly ground organic coffee, specialty teas, and mimosas. Dishes are created from scratch using local ingredients, including free-range eggs, home-grown herbs and spices, and dairy from North Texas farms. Guests can eat in the sun porch, formal dining room, or privately in the butler's pantry. Homemade banana nut bread is also available.
Leisure and Relaxation
Guests can relax by the estate pool or hot tub. Activities include strolling the gardens, sitting by the bird feeders, or relaxing in a hammock made for two under a Texas pecan tree. Guests can explore the parlors and dining rooms adorned with chandeliers and crown moldings. A large estate pool and hot tub are available. The property is shaded by 150-year-old Texas pecan and red oak trees.
