The Ruth Lester Room, also in the Carriage House Cottage, has two double beds. The Ladybird Cottage, off the Carriage House Breezeway, has a queen bed with a fireplace. The Rosa Bland Room, in the main house, is adorned with antique furniture and has a queen bed. Dining Experience
The Carriage House serves a gourmet breakfast each morning. Weekday breakfast is at 9:00 AM in the main house dining room. Weekend seating times are 8:30, 9:30, or 10:00 AM. Breakfast can be delivered to the room for $10.00 per person, per day. The two-course breakfast includes fruit dishes or pastries, such as fruit chimmies and breakfast blueberry bread pudding. The second course features a green chile frittata, caprese eggs, eggs Benedict, and breakfast enchiladas. Beverages include fresh ground coffee, orange, apple, and cranberry juices, plus mimosas and bloody Marys. Four-course candlelit dinners are available on Friday and Saturday evenings. The menu includes dishes such as Warm Goat Cheese Salad, Seared Sesame Scallops, Filet Mignon, and Silk Chocolate Mousse Cake. Dinners are also available during special event weekends or for parties of 8 or more.

Guests at The Carriage House have access to amenities at the main carriage house, including a fire pit and wrap around porch. The Piney Woods is on a five-mile track along the Big Cypress Bayou. The Historic Jefferson Railway and the Lonely West Traveling Gun Show do repeat performances of the Cowboy Train at 400 E. Austin. The city of Jefferson is restoring the natural wetlands along the banks of the Big Cypress Bayou. Special events include Crafts Fair and Heirloom Plant Sale in Perry Park, The 60th Annual Diamond Bessie Murder Trial, Rendezvous, a devotion and Blessing of the Bikes, and full scale Battle for Jefferson re-enactments battle site.

Route 49 has invested in a bus that will be used during the rally for transportation to-and-from locations in Jefferson for those that would like to park and ride. All main house cottage rooms are pet-friendly; dogs and other pets are welcome on a case-by-case basis, but Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, and Dobermans are not accepted. Guests also have access to all the amenities at the main carriage house including the fire pit, wrap around porch and complimentary wine. There is a handicap ramp connected to the wrap around porch in the main house.
