Omni Corpus Christi Hotel features 475 guest rooms and 33 suites. Deluxe rooms measure 384 square feet, with a choice of one king or two double beds, and a private balcony overlooking the U.S. Lexington or the Marina. Premier View rooms also measure 384 square feet, with Corpus Christi Bay views. Signature Rooms, located on the 18th floor, feature one king bed, a private balcony, and access to upgraded amenities such as a refrigerator stocked with water. Suites range from 566-square-foot Executive Suites to a 1,617-square-foot Ambassador Suite. The Executive Suite includes plush chairs, cherry wood furniture, a separate seating area, and two balconies. The Omni Suite has 700 square feet of living space, a king bed, a living area with a sofa, a kitchenette with a wet bar, and two balconies overlooking the bay. The Presidential Suite is a 1,320-square-foot, bi-level suite with a loft, a king bed, a private sauna, a dining area for eight, a wet bar, and two balconies.

The hotel offers four dining venues. Republic of Texas Bar & Grill, the only AAA Four Diamond restaurant in south Texas, is a multi-level rooftop restaurant with steak and seafood. Switchgrass Landing serves light coastal American cuisine. Morsel's offers coffee, bagels, muffins, sandwiches, and salads. A social lounge serves small plates and craft cocktails, featuring the only Mezcal bar in Corpus Christi.

Omni Corpus Christi Hotel has an indoor/outdoor heated swimming pool, open 7:00 a.m. -10:00 p.m., 7 days a week. There is a complimentary fitness center with elliptical machines and treadmills.
