Rooms and Cottages

The Katy House provides six rooms, each featuring unique designs. Guests can select rooms or private cottages. The Texas Special in the main house features Texas furnishings, original artwork, a king bed, a sitting area, a clawfoot tub with overhead shower, and a large private balcony overlooking Smithville's 2nd street corridor. Guests can book the adjacent Queen room for extra space. The Katy Limited in the main house includes an electric fireplace across from a king-sized bed. The Bluebonnet, also in the main house, features farmhouse decor, longhorns, and a clawfoot tub with overhead shower. The Conductor's Quarters Cottage, a second-story outpost, has a balcony overlooking the courtyard and 2nd Street corridor, a grand bed, a clawfoot tub with overhead shower, and a dine-in kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. The Garden Cottage, a first-floor cottage, includes an open design with farmhouse decor, a kitchen island, a full kitchen, a sitting area, an oversized step-in shower, and two patios. The Katy Tower Cottage features a private second-story patio, a queen-sized bed, and a jacuzzi tub with overhead shower. Rooms include a flatscreen HDTV, a beverage-stocked mini-fridge, toiletries, and climate control.

Southern-style Breakfast

A complimentary southern-style breakfast is served each morning at 9am at the communal dining table. Guests can request an alternative breakfast time (between 8am-9:30am) or request breakfast be delivered to their room for an additional fee of $15 per day, per room. Requests must be made by 6pm the day before.
