The main house offers three suites on the second floor, accessible via an elegant entry and winding staircase. For increased privacy, The Cottage and The Carriage House are located in the French courtyard behind the main inn. Each suite has a private entrance and a porch overlooking a heated pool with waterfalls. The Cottage Suite features a kitchenette with a vintage-inspired refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, microwave, and an antique bistro table and chairs. The Victorian Room has a private balcony, a fireplace with a mirror decorated mantelpiece, and a claw foot tub.

Coppersmith Inn B & B provides a full breakfast daily. The Carriage Suite includes a sitting area with a Kuerig coffee maker, a tea kettle, and a small refrigerator.
