Recreational facilities include a sand volleyball court, and a half basketball court, tennis & pickleball. The Blanco River provides opportunities for swimming and fishing. Jacob's Well, is also nearby. During the summer, a scavenger hunt is held through Pioneer Town.

All guests under 21 must be accompanied by an adult 21 years or older. Check-out times are 11:00 AM for cabins and 10:30 AM for lodges. Day passes are available for river access, with wristbands required. Day guests do not have access to the swimming pool. Pets are allowed, with a charge of $25 per pet per night. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Smoking inside units will result in a $200 fee.
