Both the Main and Guest house can accommodate 28 guests in beds, 6 on futons, with a max occupancy of 32. Guests with limited mobility found it well-suited for their needs, with the ideal location, so they don't have to worry about getting around in an unknown home. The main house is 2 stories on the side of a gradual hill that overlooks the yard.
Outdoor Amenities
The patio deck includes two large umbrella tables with seating for 14. The outside patio deck and gas grill are located right off the main kitchen. A short 10-step staircase leads down to the beach area and water. There is a fire pit available for roasting marshmallows. Water level is currently 3-4 feet towards the middle of the river. Kayak & paddle board rentals are nearby, and you can bring your own personal watercraft. Life Jackets should be worn at all times while on the water.
