Seagull 101 Condominium Condo, also known as Seabreeze 1, is located on South Padre Island and offers beachfront accommodations in a six-story complex. Each unit includes a living room, dining area, a full kitchen, and a private balcony with Gulf of Mexico views. Condos feature a washing machine, tea and coffee facilities. Most units share the same floor plan but are unique in style and design. Maximum occupancy for three/four bedroom units is eight to ten people. The condo provides initial supplies of toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, bar soap, and coffee filters.
Leisure and Activities
Seabreeze 1 features a heated pool open from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily, and a hot tub. Guests can use the communal barbeque area with a charcoal grill and a gas grill. South Padre Island provides outdoor activities such as windsurfing, snorkeling, and diving. The Schitterbahn water park is nearby. Beach umbrella and chair rentals are available through Party Padre Rentals.

Essential Services
The Seabreeze 1 office is open 7 days a week from 9am to 5pm. The property guarantees one parking space per condo. Additional parking may be available at the beach access on the south side of the building (day-time only) or on the street for overnight parking. It offers a centrally located elevator. Smoking is allowed only in front of the building facing the street. No pets are allowed and Seabreeze 1 is a Vape Free Building.
Important Information
Guests must be 25 years of age or older to book. Pool rules are posted and must be followed. Children must be accompanied by an adult in the pool area. The property maintains a full inventory of all furniture, décor, appliances, kitchenware, and linens. Seabreeze 1 is NOT affiliated with Seabreeze Beach Resort. Items left behind can be shipped via a scheduled pick-up with a shipping company.
