Sandstone Street Bed and Breakfast offers three rooms upstairs, each with a king bed and cool-coil Tempur-pedic mattress. Rooms include free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen HD TV, an iron, and an ironing board. Bathrooms provide hair dryers and make-up mirrors. All rooms feature zoned temperature controls and access to a refrigerator in the hallway stocked with bottled water and soft drinks. The Howard Room includes a Tempur-pedic king bed with allergy protector covers, satin-like sheets, spa robes, and a private bath with Turkish towels and shea butter toiletries. It also comes with a coffee maker, microwave, mini refrigerator, snack basket, and zoned temperature control.

A gourmet, 3-course breakfast is served in the antique dining room with china and silver. Guests can enjoy freshly-brewed coffee and loose-leaf teas. The breakfast menu includes Cranberry French Toast, Dutch Pancakes with Spicy Apples, Crunchy Bananas, Waffles with Fruit-Pecan Sauce, Fruity Breakfast Bars, Banana Oatmeal Bars, Ham and Cheese Muffins, Breakfast Quiche, and assorted juices. Afternoon Tea is available with 48-hour notice for an additional charge, including scones with cream and jam, savories and sweets, and bottomless teapots of teas.

The Carriage House Event Center is located on the property and can seat 50 adults at round tables for events such as weddings, receptions, and showers. The grounds accommodate additional seating for up to 100 guests. Sandstone Street Bed and Breakfast offers a garden for small ceremonies with a rose garden gazebo and a column-framed wrap-around porch. Services include dressing rooms, white wooden folding chairs, linen-covered tables, and serving utensils. The Elopement / Wedding Vow Renewal Package is $600 plus the cost of the room and includes a choice of setting, a hand-tied fresh flower bouquet, cake, fruit or cheese tray, and sparkling beverage. The property is non-smoking inside and out, and no open fires or firearms are allowed.
