Rooms at Full Moon
Full Moon Inn offers several room types. The Texas Cowboys & Indians Log Cabin, built in the 1850s, includes two bedrooms: one king bed downstairs and one queen bed upstairs. It features an antique claw foot tub with shower, and accommodates up to four people. Note that pets and children under 16 are not allowed in this cabin. The Texas Romance Room, located on the second floor of the Sunday House, features a warm fireplace and a porch. The Texas Wine suite includes a full kitchen, a dining area, and a king-size bed. The Texas Oil Boom room in the original 1850s smoke house has a queen-size bed. The Texas Wildlife room has a king bed, a separate twin daybed with trundle, and an ADA-compliant bathroom. The Texas Prohibition room includes a full-sized bed and is accessible by stairs. The Texas Sunset suite includes a full kitchen, a living room, and a half bathroom on the ground level, plus a bedroom with a king-size bed and a private bathroom upstairs. All rooms have access to high-speed Wi-Fi.
Dining at Full Moon
A hot, plated breakfast is served every morning in the dining hall. The Inn features Billy Mac's Lafin Place Bar, which serves beer and wine Thursday through Saturday from 3 PM to 8 PM. Guests can use the charcoal grill and pellet smoker, and there are plans for an outdoor kitchen.
Leisure and Activities
Guests can swim in South Grape Creek on the property. The Inn includes 11 acres with gardens, hiking trails, a creek, large trees, a covered pavilion with patio games, and a 10-person swimspa/hottub. A stained glass chapel and farm animals (chickens, goats) are on site. There is ample parking under the pavilion for motorcycles and bikes.
