Micro-Luxe Apartment
This air-conditioned apartment is a re-purposed 8x20, 160 square foot shipping container. It has 1 bedroom, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, an equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, and a washing machine. The bathroom has a bath or shower, and a hairdryer. Fresh, fully laundered towels and sheets are provided between guest visits. The unit has 1 bed. The tiny home includes a 2-foot wide bathroom door entrance.
Amenities and Safety
The apartment has super-fast Wi-Fi. Big tinted privacy sliding glass doors and huge tinted windows let in plenty of light. Safety features include a carbon monoxide detector, a fire extinguisher, a smoke detector, a first aid kit, and a deadbolt lock. There is a Ring doorbell for added security. A plunger is located by the toilet. You may find clean sheets and towels in the washer and dryer located in the laundry area. This space has everything a guest needs from the best of indoor/outdoor living. There is an inventory price list in place for any missing or damaged items found after check out, the host to guests for items listed on the inventory price list.
